Dr. Mokhberi Immigration Company is hiring an executive manager that is proficient in managing all department activities to develop and meet business and profitability growth objectives.
Roles:
Supervise all divisions including marketing, sales, university admissions, visa services, etc.
Develop and implement new initiative plans to increase the growth of all divisions.
Do research in order to develop new targets, programs, policies, and strategies.
Manage and supervise all employees. Monitor the report of all employees and follow up on their daily, weekly, and general tasks.
Ensure compliance and law enforcement in all human resource management processes.
Analyze the current CRM and ensure it fits the purpose and the goals of the organization.
Review analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.
Develop plans and budgets and provide project organization charts.
Responsible for projects' profit and loss.
Set policies and processes.
Monitor budget and metrics.
Document and monitor work processes.
Identify, implement, and control all human resource systems and processes.
Identify the company's employment needs and manage the hiring process.
Design KPIs and conduct job evaluations.
Prepare sales forecasts and advertising budgets.
Manage and interpret customer requirements.
Collaborate in measuring customer satisfaction and implementing programs to increase their satisfaction.
Call center management of online and telephone orders.
Develop and monitor online sales activity.
Monitor and report the effectiveness of marketing communications.
Manage the team in order to reach and exceed sales targets.
Responsible to keep the sales team informed about the market environment (Competitors, market analysis, etc.).
Prepare weekly and monthly reports to the CEO.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual plans for the team.
Requirements
Fluent in English.
At least a Master’s degree, preferably, in Business Administration, or an MBA graduate.
At least three years of experience in upper management.
CRM and IT Knowledge.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both in English and Farsi).
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in labor laws, insurance, and taxes.
Experience in planning and budgeting.
Listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
