Activity description:
- Conducting time measurement and feasibility of organization and production processes.
- Reporting and reporting of all production matters.
- Controlling and supervising the implementation of production plans and controlling production deviations.
- Following up on current work related to production.
- Implementing and monitoring the implementation of 5S.
- Communication with units related to production.
- Monitoring production waste and controlling waste status.
