We are looking for a visionary Executive Chef to lead our culinary program and uphold the highest standards of luxury, innovation, and consistency across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee kitchen operations for all F&B outlets, including room service, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.
Develop and execute creative, high-quality menus tailored to each concept and guest expectations.
Lead, train, and inspire a talented and multicultural kitchen team.
Coordinate with the F&B Manager and marketing team for menu rollouts, seasonal promotions, and special events.
Enforce the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness.
Manage food costs, supplier relations, inventory, and overall kitchen efficiency.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of culinary experience, with 2+ years as an executive chef in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
Experience managing a wide range of cuisine styles, including Persian fusion, Italian café fare, tapas, and premium room service.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with a creative culinary vision.
Proficient in English.
A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management.
