Job Description

• Respond effectively to customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Use CRM systems to record interactions and follow up on issues.
• Create sales reports and track sales using Excel software.
• Maintain speed and quality of service during busy seasons such as summer and Nowruz.

Requirements:

• Preferably with a degree in Tourism Management.
• Strong communication and customer satisfaction skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage time.
