About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process by supporting recruiters, managing candidate communications, and coordinating interviews. -Support end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
-Work with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and similar tools to manage candidate pipelines.
-Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
-Communicate effectively with candidates, providing updates and guidance throughout the process.
-Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure timely updates in the ATS.
-Collaborate with recruiters and HR team members to improve hiring workflows.
Requirements
-Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR best practices.
-Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
