Administrative coordinator
We are hiring a specialist to support our team with CRM, digital marketing, client coordination, documentation, and daily administrative tasks. This position is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
Complete the forms, and do the online signatures
Manage and update the CRM system regularly
Requirements
Communicate professionally in English via email, internal messaging systems, and WhatsApp
computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Google Maps
High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Remote Work Requirements
Must be available on video call, screen sharing during working hours
Must work in a quiet, calm environment with no background noise or frequent interruptions/traffic
Must have a personal computer/laptop and reliable high-speed internet access
Working hours: flexible to be discussed
