Job Responsibilities: Formulation and implementation of human resources strategies in line with the macro business strategies and the growth goals of the organization Collaborate with senior management to integrate HR strategy with the overall vision of the organization Developing and monitoring welfare and incentive programs with the aim of increasing employee satisfaction Developing and monitoring the implementation of processes in the field of human capital Creating and implementing a comprehensive competency model for all roles in the organization and guiding development programs based on it Leading the digital transformation in the human resources unit, including the implementation of integrated human resource management systems (HRIS) and business intelligence (BI) tools. Analyzing and managing key HR risks (such as exit rates, failed recruitment and internal conflicts) Creating comprehensive employee retention programs, with an emphasis on employee experience and succession planning for strategic roles Developing and monitoring welfare and incentive programs with the aim of increasing employee satisfaction

Qualifying conditions: Gender: No difference Work experience: having at least 10 years of related work experience and also 6-8 years of management experience in the field of human capital in large companies. Education qualification: at least a master's degree in one of the fields of human resource management, industries, and other related fields Termination of service or permanent exemption is mandatory for men.
* Work experience in internet industry, e-commerce and online services is an advantage.
