Job Description

  • Attend meetings and set minutes of meetings.
  • Write, and prepare the administrative letters to be sent to relevant units inside or
  • outside the organization.
  • Systematic and manual filing of documents.
  • Follow up on related matters at the site of relevant projects and departments.
  • Remind the direct manager about the events to ensure the implementation of the affairs
  • according to the specified schedule.
  • Prepare reports required by management and do assigned tasks.
  • Schedule and keep track of appointments and internal and external meetings.
  • Participate in organization meetings, taking notes and preparing reports, and following up on
  • the progress of decisions taken during these meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, IT, or related fields.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Gender preference: Male
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiar with business concepts and terms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solution-oriented, well-organized, team worker, and patient.
