Job Description
Our company needs an experienced CEO Office Manager whose duties are as follows:
● Prepare and coordinate all emails, contracts, transactions, paperwork, internal processing, and providing administrative support.
● Follow the clients for receivables.
● Prepare Word, and Excel, agendas, presentations, reports, and other documents in line with the organization's goals.
● Plan and coordinate between the CEO, employees, and customer programs.
● In charge of administration and the day-to-day running of the management office.
● Book meetings, take notes, prepare reports and follow up on the progress of decisions taken during the meetings.
● Control and File all documents (soft and hard copies).
● Follow up and conclude other tasks in the field of management and administration.
● Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
● Assist the sales team.
