Job Description

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in roles such as Executive Assistant, CEO Assistant, Office Manager, or Senior Secretary
- Good command of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong administrative writing, reporting, and documentation skills
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and follow-up ability
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, high accuracy, and excellent memory
- Good analytical thinking and the ability to quickly understand priorities and executive matters
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and trustworthiness
- Professional attitude, respectful behavior, and pleasant manner
- Strong sense of responsibility, persistence, and ownership
- Team-oriented mindset with a high spirit of cooperation
- English language proficiency is a plus
