Job Description

  • Collaborate with marketing, business managers, and operations to support segment strategy and initiatives.
  • Analytical support to business and competitive analysis of the market on an ongoing basis.
  • Own, analyze, and optimize the performance of additional services for customers.
  • Analyze P&L.
  • Develop new proposition business cases.
  • Analyze market trends and performance drivers.
  • Implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Connect commercial data to business strategy.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Generate innovative ideas to accelerate growth in cross-sell/up-sell portfolio.


  • 4 to 5 years of analysis experience in multinational or financial services companies as a business planning/marketing analyst.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, with a finance background, or an MBA graduate. 
  • Skilled in analyzing data to derive actionable insights and storytelling to key stakeholders.
  • Proficient in budget planning, change execution across sales channels, and using data analytics tools like PowerBI and Tableau.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and project management skills with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders in a dynamic work environment.
