Duties and Responsibilities:
Implementation and control of projects related to ERP solutions in the field of human resources.
Knowledge of methods, identification of needs and feasibility for implementation in the system in the field of human resources.
Analyzing the organization and designing their processes and models by evaluating the business model and its relationship with information technology.
Performing technical tests related to ERP solutions in human resources areas.
Advancing inter-module processes through receiving information and data analysis.
Creating, changing and managing user access in software related to human resources.
Preparing, compiling and providing timely documents and documents related to system projects in the field of human resources.
Supporting systems and executive processes in the field of human resources to ensure correct registration of information and transactions.
Identifying user errors and process problems and solving them effectively.
Identifying the required reports of the SAP system and participating in preparing, analyzing and ensuring the correctness of the performance.
Participation in the design, implementation and testing of management reports and business intelligence dashboards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest human resource SAP software developments.
Training users in topics related to work processes and software in the field of human resources.
Qualifications and conditions:
Mastering the customization of Time, OM, PA and Payroll modules
Mastery in designing and analyzing schemas and formulating rules related to Time and Payroll modules
