Job Description

Determine the KPI of each unit in the business.
Control business health by tracking KPIs and finding solutions to problems
Define, design, and redesign the business model of new and current products and enhance the value proposition.
Analyze business data to evaluate, improve and develop a product or service.
Implement Business analysis and report the results to management.
Test and evaluate product features and conduct delivery processes.
Communicate to the product, sales, marketing team, and business stakeholders to collect and assess system needs and find the best solution for requirements.
Prepare a marketing plan and business plan.
Implement the product marketing process to reach the targets.
Perform executive tasks to achieve business goals on time.

Requirements

Data-driven, analytical and statistical, and mathematical thinking.
Regular, responsible, and accurate.
Ability and spirit to pursue issues and needs.
Flexible and hardworking.
High decision-making power and problem-solving.
Experience in the IT industry is an advantage
Familiarity with Business KPIs, Strategic management skills, Marketing strategy, and Financial analysis.
Familiar with Software Development Methodologies (RUP, Agile, etc.).
Master's degree in Business Management, Industrial Management, or Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
