-Define, implement, and report sales activities. -Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. -Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, vendors, and customers. -Responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising area sales plans and programs. -Support the overall strategic sales growth and profitability of the organization -Plan and manage sales areas to achieve goals based on profit potential and effective sales area management. -Manage and develop the growth of key products in the sales area. -Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in related fields and/or equivalent training and work experience. -At least 4 years of managerial sales and marketing experience. -Upper intermediate English, written and verbal. -Experience in managing people and team leadership skills. -Negotiation and presentation skills.
