● Appropriately distributing monthly sales targets among sales supervisors based on current conditions. ● Monitoring and verifying the targets assigned by supervisors for their designated territories. ● Providing comprehensive explanations of internal and headquarters-driven plans to supervisors, and when necessary, to field and telesales representatives. ● Receiving daily sales reports from sales representatives, analyzing them, and reviewing findings with supervisors. ● Holding meetings with the sales team to assess short-term and long-term sales goals. ● Following up on returned shipments and investigating the causes with the sales team. ● Maintaining consistent presence in the field to monitor real-time sales activities and address route-related challenges. ● Communicating with customers and seriously addressing complaints and existing issues. ● Analyzing key regional data such as competitor pricing, new product launches, and competitor presence. ● Following up on receivables, monitoring warehouse inventory, and obtaining periodic reports from sales supervisors. ● Establishing and maintaining discipline in the workplace and fostering proper relationships with other organizational departments.
