Job Description

  • Develop a business partnering with internal and external stakeholders related to the assigned project.
  • Main point of contact for globally preferred suppliers.
  • Prepare management with the report of KPIs.
  • Find solutions to execute different phases in parallel to reduce the project timeline and overall cost.
  • Establish an appropriate link between the production project and manufacturing objectives.
  • Track project progress and provide the project Gantt chart.
  • Project status reporting.
  • Prepare all required documents for audits, finance department queries, etc.
  • Ensure risk assessment and safety method statements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2 or more years of project executive experience.
  • Good command of English.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (motivated, patient, and persistent).
  • Computer Literacy with a specialty in Microsoft Project.
  • Passing project managing courses is a plus.
  • Experience in Piping, Machinery Installation, Boiler, and Water Treatment (ability to do project work).
  • Basic design knowledge of mechanics.
