Supporting line managers in dealing with organizational and employee issues and implementing development programs.
Collaborating with business line managers to understand the organization's objectives and making an effort to align HR strategies to support the achievement of the objectives.
Providing HR advice and expertise for making more effective feedback, interpersonal, and communication processes.
Providing advice and suggestions for culture-related initiatives and collaborating with the HR team to develop a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and observe personal development.
Assisting with the development of HR processes, such as performance management, talent acquisition, succession planning, retention, compensation & benefits, and learning and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Understanding HR analytics techniques.
Great active listening skills.
At least 6 years of work experience in HR.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, HR, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields; or an MBA graduate.
