Job Description
Strategic Partnership:
- Act as primary HR consultant to business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and culture transformation.
- Translate business goals into HR priorities, programs, and metrics.
Talent Management:
- Collaborate on talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing candidates and succession planning.
- Drive performance management processes, calibration discussions, and coaching for high-potential employees.
- Responsible for the recruitment process, from A to Z.
Employee Relations:
- Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues in line with the Iranian Labor Law and company policy.
- Coach managers on disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and performance improvement plans.
Change & Engagement:
- Lead or support change-management initiatives (restructuring, system implementations, cultural programs).
- Design and deliver employee engagement surveys and action plans to improve retention and morale.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Provide HR metrics and insights (turnover, engagement, diversity) to leadership for data-driven decisions.
- Monitor workforce trends, benchmark external practices, and recommend enhancements.
Compliance & Policy:
- Ensure all HR practices comply with local regulations, guidelines, and internal policies.
- Update policies and procedures as required, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (a Master’s degree is preferred).
- At least 5 to 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.
- A proven track record in an international organization or the pharma industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Labor Law, Emiratization initiatives, and semi-government regulations.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
