Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting line managers in dealing with organizational and employee issues and implementing development programs.
  • Collaborating with business line managers to understand the organization's objectives and making an effort to align HR strategies to support the achievement of the objectives.
  • Providing HR advice and expertise for making more effective feedback, interpersonal, and communication processes.
  • Providing advice and suggestions for culture-related initiatives and collaborating with the HR team to develop a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and observe personal development.
  • Assisting with the development of HR processes, such as performance management, talent acquisition, succession planning, retention, compensation & benefits, and learning and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent mentoring and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding HR analytics techniques.
  • Great active listening skills.
  • At least 6 years of work experience in HR.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, HR, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields; or an MBA graduate.
  • English: at least upper intermediate.
