Job Description

  • Collecting staff travel information, submitting required reports to the organization and keeping records.
  • Choosing the best supplier for ordering, invoice management and payment.
  • Searching for novel approaches and updating travel-related information.
  • Commitment to personal development and learning new approaches in one's field of work.
  • Examining the mission authorization system and completing the necessary steps to fulfil the mission (such as selecting the best route and the best vehicle at the best price).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in tourism.
  • Familiar with aviation and visa acquirement laws.
  • Ability to budget, control, and calculate costs.
  • Fluent in English.
