- Edit training policy and planning based on it.
- Prepare training calendar, need assessment analysis, execution, and effectiveness evaluation.
- Manage e-learning platform and panels.
- Hold leadership courses for managers.
- Manage feedback and appreciation systems.
- Communicate and negotiate with vendors.
- Prepare periodic reports.
Requirements
- Proficiency in need assessment models and ISO 10015.
- Familiarity with mentoring, coaching, and learning styles.
- Experience in employee engagement concept and survey.
- Familiarity with vendors and providers of training courses.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English, written and spoken.
