● Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
● Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
● Monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of marketing and sale campaigns.
● Guiding day to day marketing activities.
● Providing marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
● Monitoring the implementation of the campaign by the third party.
● Participating in creative development and deliver within timelines.
● Measuring and reporting performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
● Analyzing the previous marketing and sales campaigns and suggest better plans for future campaigns.
● Using sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products.
