Job Description
Major Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all in-store activities and customer BTL contracts in all sales channels.
- Ensure top quality in-store activities, e.g., POSM and consumer promotions execution in outlets.
- Coordinate and align between sales and marketing in the design of materials.
- Responsible for monitoring trade marketing initiatives execution.
- Contribute to the company’s goals and objectives to improve market share, customer/shopper satisfaction, and productivity.
- Own the shopper marketing process with Brand deliverables in alignment with sales and marketing.
- Manage TM budgets in alignment with the marketing team.
- Own implementation, data analysis, and presentations.
- Maintain awareness of various shopper & BTL activations of competitors.
Requirements:
Educational Background:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in a sales-oriented and business development role with a deep knowledge of the assigned market, with at least 3 years of management experience.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of branding, preferably in the FMCG and beverage industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
