Job Description
Accountabilities:
• Build the annual shopper calendar and align activation priorities across categories and channels.
• Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with Sales and TPA; ensure promo and visibility plans deliver on category and customer objectives.
• Own visibility standards and planogram compliance; measure in store execution and ROI.
• Represent Marketing in S&OP, ensuring forecast accuracy and readiness of trade activities.
• Build shopper marketing capability and tools across teams.
• Manage TM budgets related to shopper activities and monitor ROI.
• Partner with MCI and Category Marketing to convert insights into shopper initiatives
Qualifications:
ᴧ Education: Minimum Bachelor degree’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or Industrial Engineering. MS in Marketing, Trade Marketing or Business Strategy. MBA is preferred
ᴧ Language: Advanced English
ᴧ Skills: Shopper marketing strategy and calendar planning, Joint Business Planning (JBP) with Sales and Trade Promotion Administration (TPA), Trade promotion management, visibility standards, and planogram compliance, In-store execution measurement and ROI analytics, S&OP integration and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Sales, and TPA, Channel and category activation across multiple retail environments, Data-driven insight translation into shopper initiatives, Budgeting, forecasting, and ROI tracking for shopper programs, Merchandising standards, shelf visibility, and retail media basics, Collaboration with MCI and Category Marketing for activation design
ᴧ Experience: 10+ years FMCG experience in Trade or Shopper Marketing or Sales; proven channel strategy and execution record; Category relevant experience preferred but not mandatory.
