Job Description
- Optimize all front desks and call center activity with guests.
- Ensure flydubai reservations and ticketing policies and procedures are correctly implemented.
- Deliver customer service to exceed guest expectations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of airline or travel industry experience.
- Excellent knowledge of airline reservations and ticketing procedures.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure and to short lead times.
- Good PC skills include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet.
