Job Description

  • Optimize all front desks and call center activity with guests.
  • Ensure flydubai reservations and ticketing policies and procedures are correctly implemented.
  • Deliver customer service to exceed guest expectations.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of airline or travel industry experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of airline reservations and ticketing procedures.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Able to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to short lead times.
  • Good PC skills include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet.
