Job Description

* Working Hours: 3 PM to 11:59 PM;

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the performance of the night shift sales and support teams, focusing on conversion rates and overall sales effectiveness.
  • Identify and fulfill the needs of team members, including implementing necessary access and resources for optimal performance.
  • Recruit and onboard new team members to ensure a strong and capable tele-sales team.
  • Create and manage shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage and productivity throughout the night shifts.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions based on individual performance metrics, providing necessary training and development opportunities.
  • Utilize previous sales experience to guide team strategies and improve overall sales techniques.
  • Train team members in negotiation skills to enhance their selling capabilities and close rates.
  • Foster a results-oriented environment that encourages competition and motivation among team members.
  • Maintain effective crisis management skills to address any issues that arise within the team or during operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in tele-sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
