Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance of the night shift sales and support teams, focusing on conversion rates and overall sales effectiveness.
- Identify and fulfill the needs of team members, including implementing necessary access and resources for optimal performance.
- Recruit and onboard new team members to ensure a strong and capable tele-sales team.
- Create and manage shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage and productivity throughout the night shifts.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions based on individual performance metrics, providing necessary training and development opportunities.
- Utilize previous sales experience to guide team strategies and improve overall sales techniques.
- Train team members in negotiation skills to enhance their selling capabilities and close rates.
- Foster a results-oriented environment that encourages competition and motivation among team members.
- Maintain effective crisis management skills to address any issues that arise within the team or during operations.
