Job Description
Employee shall start her work as TECHNICAL SUPPORT, being responsible for:
Scope of the employee's duties and responsibilities:
♦ Implementing all technical Reynaers resources to be able to support the customers efficiently on a local level. Which means to use intranet and computer archive to answer customer's questions.
♦ Communication with technical department in Reynaers Aluminium in Belgium, Turkey and Iran.
♦ Give, within the scope of the requested projects, technical advice/consultation towards the architect/fabricator/builder concerned.
♦ Works out the first project proposal(s), possibly together with the project cell in Belgium, and negotiates this/these with the local parties concerned until a sales agreement is reached.
♦ Responsible to allow a good communication in between customers, local technical and investor regarding technical questions and get support from Turkey and Belgium in cases that the information is not sufficient.
♦ Training local customers regarding the Reynaers systems and resources.
♦ Price calculations (Reynapro) and CAD sections.
♦ Analysing technical proposals.
♦ Offering optimal technical solutions.
♦ Stability calculations.
♦ Preparation technical presentations for sales meetings, architect seminars, customer meetings etc.
♦ Preparation price analyses, comparison with competitors.
♦ Follow-up civil/structural related local codes and standards.
