Your new role 

As IT ERP Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Bridging between ERP system providers & line of business (Iran production site & Affiliate).

• Finding and fixing User Errors, documentation/logging and reporting.

• IT support and troubleshooting, like setting up devices, handling back-ups, upgrades, software and hardware repair, CCTV, Cabling, Deskside support, maintenance of IT accessories and devices.

• Handling technical incidents between Users and system provider, like interface issues, scanners, printers, etc.

Your new department

You will join the Production Support Department at Novo Nordisk Iran. Our team is in charge of ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure, providing technical support, and maintaining compliance with Novo Nordisk standards and local regulations. We work closely with various business units and IT outsourced partners to deliver high-quality IT services. Our department is dynamic and fast-paced, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• IT related university degree.

• Process understanding.

• Network+, A+ and CCNA knowledge as well as GMP knowledge will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in English (both written and oral).

• Quality minded, structured person with strong analytical skills, strong networking and interpersonal skills and high sense of responsibility.
