Job Description

- Supervise and assist in the smooth running of the Mall's premises by providing high standard maintenance and building care and supporting the work of external contractors, as well as having responsibility for the performance of the team.

Requirements

- University Qualifications: Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, . - Other certifications obtained: Management Orientation, Safety in the Workplace, Team Building and Problem Solving , Managing for Quality. - Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 3 years of maintenance management experience in similar sector. - Specialist knowledge: Customer Service, Safety Procedures , Technical Support , Problem Solving, - Critical Thinking, Leadership. - Soft Skills and Personality traits: Communication, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving.
