Job Description
- Providing targets & quality plan in technical sector & proposing to top management.
- Planning, coordinating, supervising and leading all technical team’s tasks
- Effort towards achievement goals and quality plans & reporting them to top management.
- Ensuring all calibrations of equipment are properly performed
- Identifying the production line failures caused by machinery problems and providing a proper solution to reduce the failures.
- Collaboration in determining process related to technical and engineering activities.
- Utilizing practical software towards providing technical documents.
- Steward on providing or reviewing technical drawing.
- Recognizing equipment and machinery according to improvement or development.
- Recognizing system deficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
- Assessment, locating & arranging machinery and equipment in product sectors and reviewing them for enhancing product capacity.
- Providing technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration.
- Ensuring the technical operation of the plant is always safe and complies with current legislation and industry standards.
- Ensuring that all technicians are trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures.
- Ensuring the proper working of all electrical units and systems in the factory -Reporting to: CEO.
