Job Description

• Designing, planning, and controlling projects and their ongoing follow up so projects are completed on time and on budget, as well as reporting and providing useful and effective information and analysis to prevent diversions and helping managers to decide on the direction realizing the goals of the project. • Following the engineering and technical department's tasks • Preparing technical documents especially HVAC documents: Datasheets, calculations, equipment • Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation. • Technical support of the project performing • Coordination between several interfaces including equipment selection, execution works, purchasing Dpt • Project Cost Management • Implementation of project management processes • Preparation of performance reports, progress reports and other analytical reports of the project • Managing sub-contractors for manufacturing and installation at all around the country • Preparation of technical documentation while working in close coordination with the sales department • Set up claim strategy, support drafting of and administer subcontractor/partner agreements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a technical/ project manager in construction companies • Field of study: Mechanical Engineering, graduated from a reputable university • Preferably familiar with smoke management codes and standards (NFPA, BS) • Good knowledge of HVAC and Smoke Management Systems • Knowledge of negotiation techniques and the ability to make effective communications. • Excellent English proficiency (writing, listening, speaking, and reading). • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Computer and Internet literate • Ideal Age Range: Male, 27 to 40 • Prefer the Turkish language.
