Job Description

List of responsibilities: -Providing technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration -Recognizing system deficiencies and implementing effective solutions -Ensuring the technical operation of the plant is always safe and complies with current legislation and industry standards -Managing operation of plant equipment and systems -Ensuring that all technicians are trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures -Conducting regular inspections and ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of all areas of a facility -Ensuring the proper working of all electrical units and systems in the factory. Reporting to: Technical and Executive Director. Subordinates: technical team. Length of Probation Period: 3 Month. Working hours: full time. Travel requirements: no. Gross Monthly Base Salary: According to the agreement of the parties . Commission / Bonus / Benefits: yes .

Requirements

University Qualifications: Minimum bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical engineering or a related field. Nature and length of previous experience: 15 years 5 years in the same position. Soft Skills and Personality traits: -Experienced in a key management role at a manufacturing company -Experienced in stuctural industry is a plus -Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point and/or Access) to analyze data and trends -Familiar with RCM implementation -Good organizational and administrative skills -Highly detail-oriented and organized -Excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities -Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
