Job Description

  • Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview, and select applicants.
  • Prepare personnel forecasts to project employment needs.
  • Determine selection criteria for the recruitment procedure.
  • Source potential candidates through diverse channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position requirements.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
  • Study legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as job applications, CV screening, CBIs, assessment centers, hires, etc.
  • Develop, administer, and evaluate applicant tests.
  • Negotiate bargaining agreements and help interpret labor contracts.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a talent acquisition professional or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
  • Related degree from accredited universities in Human Resources Management, IO Psychology, or an MBA graduate. 
  • Proper English proficiency level in order to research and study the latest publications and standards.
