Analyze and design training needs assessment to develop training plan or modify and improve existing programs and prepare training budget for department or organization.
Plan, develop, and provide training and employee development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods.
Implement performance management system and find effectiveness and practical methodology for performance management system in FMCG company.
Develop and manage HR communications programs, and shape and drive the communication framework and strategy.
Prepare monthly reports and create a database for data gathering.
Requirements
+6 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar roles.
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
