Job Description

  • Lead generation and sourcing, recruiting, interviews, assessments, reference checking, job offers, and orientation plans about vacancies.
  • Analyze and design training needs assessment to develop training plan or modify and improve existing programs and prepare training budget for department or organization.
  • Plan, develop, and provide training and employee development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods.
  • Implement performance management system and find effectiveness and practical methodology for performance management system in FMCG company.
  • Develop and manage HR communications programs, and shape and drive the communication framework and strategy.
  • Prepare monthly reports and create a database for data gathering.

Requirements

  • +6 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar roles.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English.
