Job Description
● Study laws, regulations, and directives related to the field of work and effort to implement them correctly.
● Participate in preparing and organizing drafts of correspondence related to organizational posts and collecting and archiving the necessary copies of forms, correspondence, and reports in the relevant section.
● Provide effective and applicable suggestions to superiors to increase productivity and progress in system analysis.
● Receive topics, issues, problems, and requests related to systems, methods, and documents from superiors.
● Review and analyze existing information and operational systems and methods.
● Control and analyze the duties, responsibilities, and missions of the units related to the systems and methods under investigation.
● Interview and negotiate with officials and employees of units related to the systems and methods under review and participate in relevant meetings.
● Review and improve processes, implementation methods, and work instructions.
● Designing and compiling all kinds of forms, reports, and information systems, operational and quality.
● Reflect process changes to the software support unit.
