● Design, evaluate, optimize and re-engineer organizational systems and processes. ● Prepare periodic analytical reports with the aim of controlling and monitoring the strategic goals of the company ● Entrance data and update required files and databases related to strategy management. ● Analyze data and prepare analytical and managerial reports to predict key successful factors by using statistical tools. ● Cooperate in the creation and improvement of the strategic plan by using strategy tools and models. ● Cooperate in setting macro strategic goals and evaluation tools.
