Job Description

Research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Develop and implement strategic plans that address key business challenges and opportunities.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make adjustments as needed.
Provide guidance and support to other departments in the implementation of strategic plans.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to strategic planning.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
3 years of experience in strategic planning or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
