Job Description

Bazaar is looking for a qualified Strategic Partnership Manager to direct and maximize the relationship between Bazaar and the most valued partners and assist in the planning, executing, and optimizing of our business goals. You should be able to handle high-level business negotiations and build professional interactions with different industry business owners. Also, you are responsible for the development, implementation, and management of marketing campaigns that promote Bazaar and its services through partnership opportunities. Responsibilities: ● Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. ● Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. ● Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new partners with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals. ● Design and implement content and marketing strategies aligned with business targets (or participate in the planning and execution of marketing strategies). ● Monitor the progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance. ● Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities. ● Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data. ● Monitor daily operations and be a problem-solver within potential issues when they arise.

Requirements

● Ability to think strategically and analytically. ● Creativity and commercial awareness. ● Familiarity with B2B and B2C digital marketing campaigns. ● Experience in budget planning and defining KPIs. ● Strong decision-making skills. ● Project management skills and attention to detail. ● Communication (oral and written) and presentation skills. ● A good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods is a plus. ● Strong interaction and negotiation skills for building relationships in all hierarchical levels of key accounts. ● Some of the most important and must-have factors are: being a multitasking, punctual, highly accurate, responsible, highly organized team player, sticking to deadlines, problem solver, good listener, and having the ability to handle complicated situations.
