Job Description
The shopper marketing manager will develop and execute shopper marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, increase sales, and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends to create impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Create and implement shopper marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Budgeting:
- Allocate brand activity budgets and new launches by channel every year and track them monthly.
Planning In-Store/Copack/Lottery:
- Plan and execute all activities to drive and boost sales based on channel and sales trends and company strategy.
Campaign Management:
- Design, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns across various channels (in-store, online, social media).
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify consumer insights and trends to inform marketing strategies.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, product development, and merchandising teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Performance Tracking:
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
Vendor Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance marketing initiatives.
Project Management:
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and coordination among teams.
Creativity:
- Innovative thinking to design engaging shopper experiences and promotional campaigns.
Leadership:
- Guiding and developing team members’ skills and careers through coaching and feedback.
Decision-Making:
- Making informed, strategic decisions quickly to adapt to changing market conditions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in shopper marketing, brand management, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Fluent or advanced in English.
