Job Description:
• Develop toolkits (POS, displays, contests) and coordinate execution with TPA and agencies.
• Integrate shopper activations into brand and trade calendars.
• Track and evaluate program effectiveness; capture learnings for continuous improvement.
• Manage creative development for in store and shopper content.

Requirements:
ᴧ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or Industrial Engineering. MBA/MS in Marketing, Trade Marketing or Business Strategy.
ᴧ Language: Advanced English
ᴧ Skills: Shopper program design and activation strategy, In-store experience design (POS, displays, contests, shelf graphics),Consumer activation across channels (in-store, digital, social),Channel creativity and experiential merchandising, Creative asset development for in-store and shopper content, Toolkits and collateral creation for trade activation, Collaboration with Trade Promotion Administration (TPA) and agencies, Integration of activations into brand/trade calendars, Measurement and analytics for activation effectiveness, Post-activation learning and continuous improvement
ᴧ Experience: 5–7 years FMCG shopper marketing or activation experience; Category relevant experience preferred but not mandatory
