Job Description

● Extraction and review of training requirements for personnel. ● Planning and prioritizing annual training. ● Examining courses, educational institutions, professors, and chapters of related courses. ● Forecasting the required budget for training and preparing the annual training calendar. ● Following up on training courses based on the plan. ● Monitoring the good implementation of training courses and the training process in the organization. ● Preparing and adjusting effectiveness indicators and evaluating the effectiveness of the implemented courses. ● Obtaining feedback from the courses and the effectiveness of the courses.

Requirements

● Ability to communicate and present effectively. ● Ability to lead and direct people. ● Fluent in workforce planning methods. ● Follow-up on assigned tasks until results are achieved. ● Responsible and motivated. ● Fluent in the job analysis method. ● Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel).
