Baran Group is looking for a senior experienced sales manager in real estate to establish a new business line in the country’s scope.
Responsibilities:
- Make a road map for a professional real estate/property management company.
- Propose a business plan to run the business.
- Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching.
- Hire an expert sales team.
- Meet with clients and maintain client relationships
- Manage CRM and customer service team.
- Manage the whole team towards the targets.
- Show properties to potential buyers and renters
- Prepare loyalty contracts, purchasing agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction in close relation with the legal team.
- Track, collect, and interpret sales figures and reporting.
- Control expenses and monitor budgets.
