Job Description

Baran Group is looking for a senior experienced sales manager in real estate to establish a new business line in the country’s scope.

Responsibilities:

  • Make a road map for a professional real estate/property management company.
  • Propose a business plan to run the business.
  • Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching.
  • Hire an expert sales team.
  • Meet with clients and maintain client relationships
  • Manage CRM and customer service team.
  • Manage the whole team towards the targets.
  • Show properties to potential buyers and renters
  • Prepare loyalty contracts, purchasing agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction in close relation with the legal team.
  • Track, collect, and interpret sales figures and reporting.
  • Control expenses and monitor budgets.

Requirements

  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques such as building rapport with needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale.
  • Ability to work any of the seven days of the week and holidays.
  • Valid real estate broker or managing broker’s license.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to critically think and problem-solve.
  • Good organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate sales process, and local, state, and federal property regulations.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong connections with mortgage banks, title companies, real estate lawyers, architects, and contractors.
  • Good interpersonal and marketing skills, as well as good knowledge of the property market.
