● Ability to work with potential hiring channels through professional groups on social media and during events.
● Screen resumes and job applications and do all types of Interviews.
● Interview candidates in person for a wide range of roles (junior,senior,and executive).
● Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill,and source of hire.
● Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys.
● Follow up with all recruiting processes to hire the best person for vacant positions.
● create and coordinate all professional recruiting reports.
