● Ability to work with quarterly and annual hiring plans,processes,policies and… .
● Create and publish job ads in various portals or Recruiting channels.
● Ability to work with potential hiring channels through professional groups on social media and during events.
● Screen resumes and job applications and do all types of Interviews.
● Interview candidates in person for a wide range of roles (junior,senior,and executive).
● Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill,and source of hire.
● Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys.
● Follow up with all recruiting processes to hire the best person for vacant positions.
● create and coordinate all professional recruiting reports.

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration/ Industrial Engineering,relevant fields.
● Minimum 2 years of experience in the same fields.
● Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Irantalen,Jobvision,etc.
● Professional skill of working with office environment software (especially in Excel,Powerpoint).
● Adequate command of the English language.
● Familiar with applicant tracking systems.
● Strong interpersonal and team work skills.
● Ideal Age Range: 20 - 30
