Position Summary

  • Nestlé is looking for someone to be responsible for the competency development plans based on identifying the business needs of today and tomorrow, providing frameworks and L&D solutions in alignment with the country's HR head and people plan.


A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Training Needs Analysis for the cluster contributing to the overall market people plan and providing input and expertise to the design and build of the MENA behavioral catalog.
  • Design and build the cluster-specific capability and leadership development interventions based on the identified cluster needs in alignment with the market learning and development manager.
  • Market Delivery: Support the delivery of the local in-country learning solutions leveraging SMEs and external vendors for leadership, functional, compliance, and mandatory training in collaborating with the overall learning and capability development team across MENA to build required capabilities.
  • On-boarding: Support local HR Services in the delivery of local Induction and on-boarding programs within the cluster.Part of the regional community of Nestlé Trainers. She/He is also involved in the implementation of the global/regional L&D portfolio when sessions are organized in the country.
  • Functional Capability Development: Drive and support functional competency development rollout plans for the country, ensuring governance and reporting.
  • Coach and train the local SMEs/trainers: for the execution of effective and impacting learning sessions.

Requirements

What Will Make You Successful…

  • 3 to 6 years of senior experience in the facilitation and the delivery of learning sessions to multiple targets of learners, application of modern learning solutions and technologies; experienced facilitation skills.
  • High Business acumen and ability to translate strategies into business.Passion for delivering training sessions.
  • Knowledge of experiential and business-focused learning methodologies.
  • High-level communication and facilitation skills: concise and focused communication (simplifying and synthesizing the message).
  • Capacity to “train the trainers” (content/subject experts).
  • Ability to network with colleagues (trainers) working in different geographical areas.
  • “Digital acumen”: the ability to leverage the opportunities generated by digital learning technologies.
  • Ability to connect with the external environment.Working under pressure of various and sometimes conflicting demands.
  • Execution and effectiveness capabilities.
