Job Description
- Conduct various development projects, including career path, talent management, and etc.
- Manage training and development programs from design up to evaluation based on the department’s HR strategy.
- Participate in different HR planning projects such as succession planning, workforce planning, and etc.
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and etc. to restructure or improve the current HR processes.
- Evaluate the training needs in order to identify individual, group, and organizational needs.
- Identify external training sources and related instructors to enrich training database.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training courses and consider improvements if needed.
- Provide training and development reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant majors such as HRM, Business Administration, or Psychology.
- Ability to do benchmarking and implement training and development programs.
- Solid knowledge of talent management and leadership development models.
- Familiar with ISO10015, Phillips, and Kirkpatrick models.
- High knowledge of HR development tools and approaches.
- Familiar with the entire process of training.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Outstanding ability in research.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English.
