Job Description

  • Conduct various development projects, including career path, talent management, and etc.
  • Manage training and development programs from design up to evaluation based on the department’s HR strategy.
  • Participate in different HR planning projects such as succession planning, workforce planning, and etc.
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and etc. to restructure or improve the current HR processes.
  • Evaluate the training needs in order to identify individual, group, and organizational needs.
  • Identify external training sources and related instructors to enrich training database.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training courses and consider improvements if needed.
  • Provide training and development reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant majors such as HRM, Business Administration, or Psychology.
  • Ability to do benchmarking and implement training and development programs.
  • Solid knowledge of talent management and leadership development models.
  • Familiar with ISO10015, Phillips, and Kirkpatrick models.
  • High knowledge of HR development tools and approaches.
  • Familiar with the entire process of training.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Outstanding ability in research.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in English.
