Job Description
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and continuously improve the Performance Management System (KPIs, OKRs, periodic evaluations)
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Manage the full Recruitment & Selection lifecycle (workforce planning, job posting, interviews, assessments, and onboarding)
Develop, update, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
Requirements:
Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, reporting, and Pivot Tables
Familiarity with office automation software
Knowledge of performance evaluation tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
